AList is a professional networking and paid message-request service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and how you can request deletion or support.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the information you choose to submit in AList, including your name, role, company, profile context, note, optional profile photo, Instagram handle, and website link.
If you apply for verification, we also collect the verification details you submit, such as your LinkedIn URL, phone number, email, website or portfolio, preferred reply price, and the professional note included in your request.
When you use AList, we collect the records needed to operate the service, including message requests, replies, image attachments you choose to send, reports, block actions, wallet and credit records, refund requests, earnings and payout records, notification preferences, push tokens, a generated installation identifier, and basic device platform information required for notifications.
If you top up credits, request a refund, or connect payout details, payment information is handled by Stripe-hosted flows. AList stores the records needed to reconcile credits, refunds, earnings, payout eligibility, and Stripe account status, but we do not collect or store full payment card numbers.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to create and maintain your account, show your profile inside AList where applicable, process paid message requests, hold and settle credits, deliver message requests and replies, review verification requests, support refunds and payouts, send push notifications if you enable them, respond to support issues, and investigate fraud, abuse, payment disputes, or safety concerns.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your Contacts or Photos permissions to build a contact database. Photo-library access is requested only if you choose to set or change a profile photo or attach images to a message or reply.
3. How Information Is Shared
Your profile information may be shown to other AList users when your profile is visible in the app or when you send a message request or reply.
We also share data with service providers only as needed to operate the app, such as Apple for Sign in with Apple, Stripe for payment, refund, and payout flows, notification providers for push delivery, analytics and diagnostics providers, and infrastructure providers that host the service and database.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of AList, our users, or others. Any third-party service provider we use must handle user data with protections consistent with this policy.
4. Your Choices
You can edit your profile in the app, remove or replace your profile photo, change notification settings in AList or your device settings, choose whether to submit a verification request, request refunds for eligible unused purchased credits, report a reply problem before confirming it, and block or report users from profile and message screens.
AList stores limited information locally on your device, such as your signed-in session, notification settings, cached profile and message state, and the installation identifier used for notifications.
5. Retention and Deletion
You can initiate account deletion from Settings inside the app. When you do, AList deletes your account and associated profile, verification applications, push registrations, wallet and credit records, message requests, replies, reports, block records, and payout connection records from the active service database, except where limited records must be retained temporarily for fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, chargeback handling, legal compliance, or backup expiration.
Limited technical records may remain temporarily in backups or logs until they expire in the ordinary course.
